Leah Goard is a soul-searching business and life strategist, serial entrepreneur, professional organizer, writer, speaker and independent mom. She will take you on an amazing journey of discovery, organization and strategizing to help streamline your business in 2018. With her signature warmth, humour and inspiration, Leah will provide a set of facilitated workshops during the day based on key principles in her proven DEFINE DESIGN ALIGN method, allowing participants to gain clarity in their definition of success and then learn how to identify and shift the elements that are blocking their path. Participants will gain a new perspective on their relationship with their business and expand their vision for what is possible, and be provided with actionable tasks and tools at the end of the day.
Emma Levez Larocque is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Plant-Based Chef. She is passionate about helping people to live their healthiest lives, and showing how empowering it can be to take charge of your health by eating more whole, plant-based foods.
During the day, Emma will be preparing a delicious plant-based menu that will tantalize your tastebuds and demonstrate how easy it can be to eat tasty, satisfying foods without spending hours in the kitchen. She will be sharing her knowledge in a lunchtime nutritional presentation about the latest science on phytochemicals and how they can help boost your immune system and help you to work smarter.
The team at T-Fit Training Centre encourage you to support your health and enrich your body, mind and spirit. As part of our workshop they will inspire you to make fitness a part of your new year.
