What brought you to Powell River?: Squamish is too busy now and Powell River offers a laid back lifestyle with easy access to the Coastal Ocean and Forest. My husband Tony is a Mahood who grew up on Mahood Beach. Anytime we returned to visit we felt like home.
When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?: I enjoy hiking the SCT with my dogs, paddling my Kayak and SUP and exploring the galleries and cultural events around town.
What’s the first career you dreamed of having as a kid? : I wanted to be like Charlie's Angels, Jacqueline to be exact :). I grew up in small town Northern Ontario. We had very limited exposure to career options. We only got two TV channels and one was French :).
What's one thing about you that surprises people?: I have a pilot license and floatplane endorsement.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?: Walk the Talk!
What is a dream you have that you’ve yet to achieve?: To be an Artist.
