Our Vision

Powell River Women In Business is a non-profit organization that was launched in 2007 by two local business women with a vision. We welcome, support and promote a strong network of female driven businesses in Powell River. We want our colleagues to succeed. As a combined force of women working together, we assist each other to grow for the betterment of the community and the economy as a whole.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide an inclusive platform for women in business to come together to support, encourage, learn and grow. By presenting relevant and meaningful topics and providing forums for networking, members are connected to growth opportunities and mentorship. By sharing stories with the broader community, the profile of Powell River Women In Business is enhanced as a respected voice in the business community.
